Ingredients 6 tbsp Camelina oil 2–3 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice 2 tsp honey or maple syrup 1/8 tsp garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp shallot, finely chopped pinch of chili flakes sea salt to taste Whisk lime juice and honey in a bowl until dissolved. Add the rest of vinaigrette ingredients and whisk till emulsified. Check the taste of the vinaigrette by dipping a piece of lettuce and shaking off excess vinaigrette.
