Ingredients 3-4lbs of potatoes (peeled and quartered) 4tbsp camelina oil 4tbsp sour cream 1 cup chopped chives salt and pepper to taste Bring potatoes to a boil and cook to 'fork tender' - soft. Drain and beat/whip/or mash in camelina oil and sour cream.
