Not Your Everyday Smoothie

This smoothie is chalk full of replenishing ingredients that will help to repair tissues, and replace nutrients lost from your work out or give you the nutrients you need when you are on the go. Unlike some smoothies that can be repetitive and boring, this one will be a new fave for your after gym snack or for the kids after school. It delivers 4 grams of Omega 3 and anti-inflamatory vitamin E!


  • 1 tbsp Three Farmers Original Camelina oil (rich in Omegas and vitamin e)
  • 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt (goat or otherwise)
  • 1/2 cup natural, unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (great for immunity and energy)
  • 1/2 tbsp raw Manuka honey
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla bean paste (or extract)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 of an organic banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Throw all these ingredients in your blender and blend until you have the consistency you want.  If you like an extra cold smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender!
